user comment Soundstorm SDC20 In Dash CD Receiver Excellent product......

Fantastic radio/cd player for the price. My wife needed a simple machine that would play cds, and pull in regular off the air radio. This does an excellent job of doing both. Cd player does not skip, and radio reception if tops. Can't ask for anything more.

It does have good sound (CD), and is not a bad deal for the money, nice looking unit the user interface takes a little getting used to, one thing though, there's no LOCAL/DISTANCE selection on it like you see on some others in this price range, lots of distortion, flutter, interference happens close to signal source without this built in feature. Have to adjust the tuning a point higher than the actual frequency at times or install separate filters. Easily 4 stars or better if it could manage the local reception on it's own.
