I have had this unit in my truck for about 4 months now.
I had returned it once, because it will not switch to the radio tuner when a disc is inserted in the unit. well.....it switches but no sound comes out. i was told there is nothing wrong with it.

Also, there are no pre-set buttons for your favorite channels, only an old school knob. And even when u dial up a channel, it tends to drift one way or the other on its own. i have my sirius reciever in my truck, so i tune it to 90.7. As i drive the radio will drift away from 90.7 on its own, both ways, for no reason.

the FM receiver also has issues, as it lets channels bleed through from all over the dial. 95.7 bleeds all the way down to 90.7 and messes up my reception for my sirius radio. The bleeding also happends on regular FM channels.

All in all, this unit plays DVD and CD very well, that is if u have an lcd screen installed, because that is the only way you can see what track/chapter you are on.

My advise, spend the money and get a good dvd player for your automobile.
